Does anyone that has gotten disability been told they have to get re evaluated every year? Do they think that you will get better?
That is normal to be reassessed every year. It is not the genuine people they are trying to catch out it is the people making the fraudulent claims who eventually slip up they are looking for.

I just had my 2nd appeal hearing in the beginning of Nov and I’m praying mine gets approved finally. I’ve had to move to another state after breakup, no medical card here, so I’ve been off almost all my meds for my FM and have been bed bound since I got here in July. I’m wishing you luck and sending healing hugs...

Ive been on disability for 9 years and been re evaluated once after five years. I actually got mine taken away bc i was pregnant with my first child and wasnt on any of my medication..therefore had to do the whole process over again
