There are some massage tools to help you do self massage. You can look on Amazon. There are also some hand rollers, they are like roller pins, that I find helpful as well. Good books about Fibro on Amazon.
Weighted blankets, 12 foot u-shaped pillow. Also a Android tablet to play games on to distract from pain x
A motivational Calendar or book. I read one every morning. And bath salts. I also love anything super soft like sock or blankets.
I have been bought a shoulder and kneck heated cape just plug it in and turn it on itβs really really helpful , particularly for my collarbone and shoulders where I suffer terribly all the time π
