It seems like such a ridiculous post, given the severity of some of the other questions I have seen posted on here, but a few people have asked me and I'm out of ideas! There are some massage tools to help you do self massage. You can look on Amazon. There are also some hand rollers, they are like roller pins, that I find helpful as well. Good books about Fibro on Amazon.
Weighted blankets, 12 foot u-shaped pillow. Also a Android tablet to play games on to distract from pain x
A motivational Calendar or book. I read one every morning. And bath salts. I also love anything super soft like sock or blankets.
I have been bought a shoulder and kneck heated cape just plug it in and turn it on itβs really really helpful , particularly for my collarbone and shoulders where I suffer terribly all the time π
bath bombs with cbd in them. They do me wonders
