Have your doctor check you medication list. Many of the meds prescribed for Fibro, pain and other associated conditions cause memory loss and/or cloudiness. I was having the same problem and my husband brought it up to my doc. He checked over my meds and removed a couple. It really helped. However, I still have a few Fibro Fog days but not nearly as many and not as bad.

I have the same problem(forgetful) I tried previgen and saw no difference it might work for you. I write myself a lot of notes. Because of my weak heart, I take lots of meds so that might make a difference We have a lot of problems but we are so tough we hang in there. God bless and keep you. Gentle hugs.
