Took me a while to notice this and keep track. Full moon tonight and I just now realized thus...figuratively speaking, howling with pain.

Members connected over the question of whether fibromyalgia symptoms worsen during a full moon, with several sharing that they have noticed increased pain or flares starting a few days before the full moon and easing afterward. One member offered a scientific explanation, noting that the brightness of a full moon can disrupt melatonin production, leading to interrupted sleep, longer time falling asleep, and more frequent waking, which in turn can increase both the experience and frequency of pain. A recurring theme was the importance of tracking personal patterns, staying curious about what triggers flares, and maintaining humor and a positive attitude as essential tools for coping with chronic illness.

Cold weather is the instigator for me!! Lotsa pain during this cold snap in Texas. Oh, and I have given up on the meds prescribed for me as they made me sicker! So now, it is herbs and creams and Epsom salt baths with an occasional Aleve. I use the heating pad a bunch and do stretches and just try to keep on moving. I still get bad pain but I have tried to change my thinking and use prayer to aid me each day. Some days I am more successful at overcoming than other days! πŸŽ„

I didn't notice anything last night but when we had the eclipse, I felt all out of whack for several days. I thought it was just me.

You go Peachy. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
Love your straightforwardness. You are so like me. People either accept it or get offended. Tough titties.
You get out of your body what you put into it and I find having a positive attitude goes a long way.
Peach strong. πŸ¦πŸ¦πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
