Do you think the phases of the moon impacts fibro symptoms? Since I'm SO sensetive to barametric pressure, I wonder if I'd also be sensitive to that. There's a full moon tonight. I know I'm not feeling my best... feeling really achy, sore, and tired

I think the moon definitely effects everyone. I'm feeling especially awful today and I had no idea it was a full moon tonight. I'm hoping that's all it is and I'll feel better tomorrow.

There are many OB nurses who swear that there is some correlation between a full moon and the births of new babes. I am not sure what I think about this subject, but I am not going to poo poo it either. The weather appears to affect any number of people with different disorders. My rheumatologist recently told me that he hears more complaints from his fibro patients in the spring-weather changes? It makes sense that gravity and solar storms might affect our health and well being. I recently read an article that stated solar flares were responsible for mood changes in humans. The article referred to a study done by the Institute of North Industrial Ecology Problems in Russia and in that research they found that in the months of March to May, July, and October there were higher incidents of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and suicide. I have also read that there are those who believe that solar flares cause an increase in neuropathic pain. I have probably just raised more questions than I have answered, but I think I will be checking NOAA in the future when I have flare ups!

Was feeling crappy yesterday and day before still not "right "today, I do believe the moon has an effect on how everyone feels.
