My name is Luis Sarabia a 49 years old from Havana, Cuba I am an ex-gymnast, retire professional acrobat and a current Personal trainer. I have been exercising since I was 7 years old. Hello Luis. It definitely sounds like fibro symptoms. I used to say that i felt like i got hit by a mack truck. I know that sounds extreme but when you hurt so bad in every inch of your body, that is how i felt. It makes you think it is all in your head because nothing can cause this much pain in every part of your body. Right? Well fibro does. I would try to find another doctor that will believe you and not think its in your head. Try to go to a rheumatologist or pain management doctor. I pray you find a doctor that will treat your pain. Hang in there and know you are not alone.

It could be fibro. I would also get tested for MS(multiple sclerosis) and lupus if you have not yet. A lot of the symptoms cross over for those three. It is awful when the doctors think it is all in your head. I agree with everyone else, if you can, seek out other doctors for help. It took me two years to find a doctor qho would listen to me.and start running tests.

Hello Luis,
The problem you have is finding a doctor who believes in Fibromyalgia, many of them do not.
I was diagnosed in 2005 with Fibro by a great doctor.
You have a lot of symtoms that fit the diagnosis.
I can relate to the unusual pain you are getting, especially the scalp pain, some days its painful to brush my hair.
You will learn in time how best to cope with your pain but it does take a lot of experimenting.
Have you tried yoga yet?
We all feel at some time that we are losing our head so you are alone, this condition is hard to fight but just hang in there.

Also Rhumi tend to look at your symptoms besides just blood work. They will probably do a 18 point trigger test on you. I think they are your best bet. Hugs

You can have RA and fail the ANA test just like PSA which I have. I failed the blood work but the joint pain and arthritis are there. You can develop the same or different autoimmune disease than your mom has. I would go to a RHumi and get tested to rule out Lupus, RA, MS and other things. What about your thyroid? Did they test you for that? No, you are not going crazy. I had to go through that as well until my diagnosis. 💜
