Every once in a awhile I will get a sharp pain very low in my pelvis. Just wondering if this can be the fibro

I had an ablation...several years ago...I just recently told my daughter that I was concerned because I was having pains that felt like they were in my pelvis bone...I never had pains like this before....I actually was relieved to see your post..😕 I think mine is fibro but I think I am going to consult my doctor.

I'm glad im not the only one! It sucks. Just walking along at work and suddenly feels like someone is stabbing my pelvic bone by my vagina. Not fun to explain to coworkers :(

I too had this issue and thought it must be gynological in Nature. This lead to my fibro diagnosis.

I suffer from severe pelvic pain... it feels like something is crushing & squeezes my pelvis and hips and back... I just put it down to fibro... 😩😔😢xxx

I just recently started getting it after my hysterectomy. So I'm not sure if it's the hystectomy or the fibro. It has gotten worse recently.
