Have Problems With Inflammation
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My doctor had some blood work done. She said my inflammation levels are abnormally high
Just like to know if any one has the same problem. Which has made my pain worse. Been dealing with this severe pain for about 6 months now. Just like to know of this is normal. I'm always finding something new about fibromyalgia.

I also have a high level of inflammation. My Dr. said that this is part of the Fybro

She gave me an inflammatory medicine but I have such a sensitive system I couldn’t take it.

I've changed my diet & this has helped reduce my inflammation in my body, My acupuncturist recommended I eliminate flour & processed food. I took baby steps to alter my diet so it wasn't totally overwhelming. Good luck.

I am told that every time I go to the doctor and they check my blood. They have never done anything for it though?

Thanks. I have been on a plant based diet. I will look more into different foods. I take any suggestions for foods that help with inflammation.
