Members connected over the shared experience of having both fibromyalgia and Raynaud's phenomenon, with several confirming they have been diagnosed with Raynaud's and noting that it now appears on the official fibromyalgia diagnostic questionnaire used by doctors. Many members described persistent coldness in their hands and feet regardless of climate, with one member in Florida experiencing cold extremities even in warm weather, and another sharing that medication prescribed at age 16 never provided relief. A recurring theme was validation and solidarity around these overlapping conditions, with members sharing diagnostic resources and adding each other for continued support.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, if you go to my home page I have posted the latest diagnostic sheet that doctors use to help diagnose fibromyalgia. If your doctor is not using it, hand them a copy! Lol! And Raynaud’s is on the list.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. i just saw that you said they added raynaud to the fibro questionaire. So I guess they consider it a symptom of fibro? That does not surprise me.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. I was just saying that I live in florida so there has to be a reason that my feet and hands are cold. I have never been diagnosed with raynauds but i have assumed I have it from the symptoms. Lol. We actually have a fall day today. It is barely 70 degrees. Lol.
