This isn't a question, but I don't know my way around enough to know where to post some good information, so here it is. My PA told me that her housekeeper told her to put a lavender bar of soap under her sheets to stop leg cramps....and it WORKED! She said she doesn't know if it's a placebo effect or not, but I told her "who cares! If it may work, I'll try it...so, I'm going to.... I'll let you know
I did a search, and there are a lot of people having good luck with it, so there's at least… read more

The best thing for my leg cramps has been medical marijuana. Specifically a strain called Rare Darkness. It helps with my legs and insomnia. It is the only thing i have found so far that lets me get though the night.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, this is the 3rd time I've tried to post this, and they keep disappearing....... go figure. Thanks for the tip on Rare Darkness. Hash helps me sleep, but not leg cramps. I also live in a state that hasn't legalized cannabis yet :(, so I'll have to stick with soap and diet tonic for leg cramps for now.... until I go to Colorado again.... or, if they EVER legalize it here... So, I'll try it then!
Now, we'll see if this one gets deleted. I've posted before about being in a state where marijuana is illegal, and those posts just go away!! poof!. I don't think I'm breaking any of the 'laws' of the forum. If so, I wish someone would tell me. The other posts didn't have any more than that in them....
Anyway, ((((HUGS)))))

Also, diet tonic water (I have to use diet due to high blood sugar), so tonic water will help leg cramps....but in the middle of the night, it'll wake you up fast!
And, yes, mustard works too.....but also in the middle of the night...yuk.
