Hello, can anyone recommend any good bath salts for fibromyalgia pain?

Yes, I enjoy lavendar epsom salt. Draw a warm bath, put in a half of the bag, place a towel in the water under you and a towel in the bath over you. Soak for 20 mins. Heavenly!

I buy Dr Teal’s at Walmart because I use a lot & it’s cheaper there than everywhere else I’ve looked. I also get Dr Teal’s bubble bath ( it just takes a little to make big bubbles if you have a jacuzzi. My favorites have eucalyptus in them and they help me a great deal. I take a deep, hot bath, and if I’m hurting worse than normal, I’ll put half a bag in the tub. It relieves stress, helps me sleep, and relaxes me in addition to helping lessen my fibro pain.
