Does anyone, if lucky to sleep, wake up feeling almost worse then the rest of the day. It’s like I can shake off the fog and pain enough to even make coffee. Yummy coffee ☕️ which I can’t get out of bed to get. Do others have different regular really bad times. I mean I know we are all always is a bad way but I am curious how individuals fluctuate in the day to day lifestyle and if anyone has pointers for attempting to feel alive at the worst of times.
I don't know how people manage to work with this condition. It's notorious for being at its worst in the morning. As it's based round a sleeping disorder .. we don't get deep healing sleep anymore so tend to feel much worse after tossing and turning all night! It feels like it does more harm than good! Takes me hours for meds to kick in and to start to function! It's a nasty vicious circle xx
So I do feel this way! I do stretches on my floor daily and nightly. It helps the pain. Also a nice warm blanket and a rocking chair. And I turn on a funny show or one I really like, like NCIS or whatever! And after I feel like I can get up and do what I need. I do take pain meds as well. I hope you start to feel better soon!
Pray
It does get hard some days to hide your pain
I try to keep a smile on.
Mornings are the worst part of the day. I take a cimbalta and 2 50 mg. Tramadol . i feel like getting up i about an hour.
