Hallucinations

I thought I was experiencing them due to exhaustion. I slept from approx 11am Friday until approx 7pm Sunday, only waking enough to take meds when my alarm's went off. Yet went I got up for work Monday it felt like I hadn't slept in day's. I started experiencing hallucinations Monday morning. They happened numerous time's throughout the day. I have hallucinations because of Narcolepsy. If I fall asleep for 10 minutes or so, the hallucinations wake me up. Mine are mostly visions of insects - reacting to them as if they are real.

I had that reaction to Lyrica scared me bad b/c at the time I was working as a psychiatric nurse and I knew that hallucinations didn't just come out of nowhere with no other symptoms

Definitely see your doctor, especially if you're considering eliminating any of your meds!

Hi, Any of the drugs you are taking can cause that kind of side effect. I would eliminate one at a time to see which one is causing the hallucinations. Which are you willing to let go of first?
