Hi! Wondering if anyone experiences electrical shocks throughout their body? I get them so badly my body actually moves on it's own. If I get one in bed, my whole body raises off the bed. Once, while drinking a glass of water I got a shock and hit the glass into my teeth. No broken teeth...that time and I hate drinking out of plastic! :)

In desperate need of some pin relief methods. I have chronic pain in my neck and across my shoulders and right down to the bottom of the shoulder blades. It was suggested to me the TENS would be of benefit to me but I have no knowledge of what I should and should t be looking about. Can anyone help me out here? Is there a good one to get?
