Has anyone tried stretching, yoga or exercise to help with your condition? If so, has it worked or not worked for you? Thanks!
I had a total hip replacement about 7 months ago and I found the stretching exercises that I used in physical therapy actually do help so I've continued to use them to with my mobility.
I find stretching does! I went on YouTube and looked up stretches for people with fibro.
Yes I think stretches help ALOT to control the pain! Once you start doing them when you dont do them you can really tell the difference!
I have found that warm water yoga and Pilates are the best for me. I feel so much better when I do, and the water is wonderful. I've also done the exercise for arthritis/ seniors. I'm 55 but I didn't care. Most of the little old ladies kicked my ass!
