Ok this might be a weird question but I'm still trying to figure out this whole fibro thing and how I'm affected personally. I've always thought it was weird.

I have the exact same thoughts when I feel ok. When the pain comes I'm no longer in denial. I've been going through this since April of 2013 after a trauma
Yes, it does come out of nowhere! I've found Any kind of stress, good or bad, will cause a flare. Also, if you travel, fly instead of taking long car rides. A long car ride will mean a terrible flare for me. Rest, meditation, soft music, warm water exercise help me.
It's Fibro. It's weird. So many different symptoms. Effects everyone differently. My started 20+ years ago. Could work all day do anything. Then when I tried to relax pain start. Go to bed can't sleep. Now it is constantly, can't work, can't always sleep.
I understand. I too get angry at times
People look at me like I'm lazy
Some days I can do stuff some days I can't. Hard to make plans cuz I don't know how I will feel.
Yesterday I got super angry and almost in tears because this isn't who I want to be anymore. It's frustrating that I can still remember how my body used to be and can't have it anymore.
