Are all suppose to be helpful to various degrees to various people. Since many with fibro have issues with those vitamins and minerals if ones docs agree it wouldn't hurt to try try them out.
Ive taken magnesium to help with leg pain at night (like using magnesium based soap to prevent restless legs).
I take co q 10, turmeric, garlic, oil of oregano, l glutamine and alpha lipoic acid. Most of them are for inflamation. I was pretty much home bound 6 years ago. I started taking them and now i am able to get out most days. I order them from puritans pride. They are good quality and good prices. I hope this helps.
