Ive found stretching exercises that help. Also some muscle exercises to keep those areas strong through the pain. Massage therapy is extremely helpful.
I get these pains in the buttocks quite often - they come and go for no apparent reason other than I am a fibro sufferer so I have to accept that pain is a problem all over my body and in different places at different times. It's a pain in the butt (please excuse the pun - couldn't resist that one) ๐
I agree. A massage therapist pointed it out to me. If you can afford it i highly recommend massage with a good therapist. Tell them what hurts, how much pressure you can tolerate and they can usually help you.
I have the same thing! I thought I had pulled a muscle, tendon, or ligament. It's been horrible! I have to say, though, after about 3 months it's starting to feel better. I didn't go to a doctor about it because I'm sick and tired of going to doctors. I really don't know if it's the fibro, but since you have the exact same thing, it seems more than likely. I hope yours goes away soon, too!
Oh yeah that is the worst! Try putting icy hot or I'm a fan of salonpas the deep penetrating gel helps!
