@A MyFibroTeam Member i to have never heard of 6 stages but i guess one has to grieve about losing the life they once had ! i just said i leave it in GODS hands i have it and nothing i can do about it ! i don't want to keep saying about back in 1974 how bad i really had it but i did , but by GOD"S Good GRACE i was able to raise my kids , go to college help to raise my twin nieces ans 2 grand kids ! but i am very hard headed you tell me i can't do something oh i am going to prove you wrong ! but praise be to GOD more and more DR,s know about it then way back when ! love and PRAYERS michele

IT SEEM"S that a lot of us have back problems i have 3 in my upper , 3 in the middle and 6 bulging on the lower ,but i do thank mine is from all the years of nursing , and being impatient and just lifting things or carrying all kinds of stuff ! But prayers i ask in GODS NAME for all ! love michele

I had C5-6 fused in my neck 3 years ago after dealing with neck and shoulder blade pain for years. Helped my fibro symptoms as well!

It does not cause Fibro...I also have spinal stenosis and one has nothing to do with the other.

I have spondolosis,sachrpiliac joint dysfunction and arthritis in my hips amongst other things .I've had m.e since 97 and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia January last year. Xx
