Does anyone else when going to sleep wake themselves from talking in their sleep?
Does anyone semi wake up gasping for a breath and have a lot of limb twitching?

I talk in my sleep but always have kids love it lol, sleep walk, and restless leg syndrome lately . The restless legs I do think is part of CFS/FM
Too many pills can just be too many pills sometimes.
Wow thank you @A MyFibroTeam Member this usually only happens when I’m really sick or stressed and it almost feels like I’ve been dreaming about falling and just about to hit the bottom and I wake in a panic and need to take a big gasp of air because it feels like I haven’t been breathing or that I am going to stop breathing
I do wake myself from talking in my sleep though
It’s strange because I can hear myself but I’ve got no control over it but I know I’m doing it in my sleep
This probably sounds crazy or weird but this is the best way I can try to describe it
Just remember if you need to chat because you can’t sleep just message me I’ll give you my email address it is (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
I am sorry your DR. didn't help you .It is starting to be very difficult with many pain Drs .My Dr. had said something like that to me about 6 months ago. He asked if i was taking any Valium like meds and if so He would have to take me off my muscle relaxers which i really need everyday, I said no I haven't been on any in years. My Dr and I didn't have a great visit last month. I was frustrated.. after being treated by him for many years and not being given a urine test they ask for a urine test ,which I had a feeling was coming since the Gov. is now pressing down hard on the Dr.s who prescribe pain killers. well the next visit he comes in the room and makes a comment about the color of my urine, saying it looks weird. I said its called a menstrual cycle !! then he gets on me about my meds , since my urine didnt show a certain level of one of my pain meds he lowered the amount of pain meds he gave me each month. I told him I take the 2nd pain killer as needed like the bottle says,I already take the opana 2 times a day with all my other meds . I am not a drug addict ! I dont take meds for sport ! I even offered to take another urine test. I ended up walking out leaving my husband in the room with him. I am waiting to be cut off of more . It is horrible how we as people who truly suffer with pain everyday get treated like were are druggies !! We just want some relief. I don't think that's too much to ask for . Sorry If I rambled on but I Just get so angry when I read stories like yours. It's so unfair . I hope you can find a Dr to help you Liz. Gentle Hugs Friend xo
