When I start a flare a tend to get fever blisters. But they are usually on the outside of my mouth on lip or corners. Cancker soars are on the inside of the mouth I think. Rinse and gargle with warm salt water. And talk with your doctor.

We get them because our bodies are run down

I've recently had what feels like my tongue has sore areas, like I've bitten through my tongue in a bunch of small bites. This started this week when I had a real bad fibro fog this week. I felt like a complete idiot while scheduling appointments. I would forget what I had done a few minutes ago, yet I could recall something I had done last week😕😢😭

L-lysine helps with cold sores and blisters on tongue. Taking 1 daily has helped me and drinking plenty of fluids helps with my dry mouth caused, in my case, from medications. There is also a spray to use, although I haven't tried, so unsure if leaves a good or bad taste in mouth afterwards. Maybe these ideas will help some of you. Hopefully someone will get relief!

@A MyFibroTeam Member my mouth is constantly dry and I also have skin peel from the inside of my mouth
You start to think how many symptoms can this retched disease throw at us
We deal with enough but sure enough there is always something else to add to the mix
