Members offered a wide range of exercise recommendations for managing arthritis and staying active, with water-based activities, walking, and gentle stretching emerging as the most popular and accessible options. Several members shared practical strategies including using a stationary bike in short intervals throughout the day, trying yoga in small studios where instructors can modify poses, working different muscle groups on different days based on pain levels, and doing gentle stretching exercises first thing in the morning and before bed. A recurring theme was the importance of listening to your body, starting slowly without overdoing it, consulting with a doctor or pain management center for personalized guidance, and recognizing that even small amounts of movement can make a meaningful difference in mobility and overall well-being.

Walking, exercise bike, some weight training, stability ball, etc. I have found that these help with mobility and aid in weight loss.

@A MyFibroTeam Member have you tried stretching exercises. I have found it very useful. Shaking the body, especially first thing in the morning, helps to relax the body and release tension.
