Hello. It's been a while since I've been here. But I have a question. I see that others here have suffered some urinary incontinence issues.
Does anyone else's bladder "spasms" trigger their fibro "flare-ups". Just trying to connect some dots.

I can never hold it. Soon as I feel my bladder filling up it starts to hurt. If I don't move fast enough it begins to spasm the pain becomes severe & begins to radiate throughout my body. Dr. appt next wk.

Yes I do. Tried all the pills for overactive bladder and they only caused me to retain fluid and my blood pressure to get high. Finally a dr checked it and my bladder only holds half what it should an automatically empties after that. I love coffee but when I have to go out I can't drink it. Gave up sweet tea cause it was non stop. Also use urinary pads in case I can't get to a rest room fast enough. Hope it helps. Caffine triggers it for me.
