Marine Plankton - Anyone Try It?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone tried marine plankton? It's suppose to be the most nutrient dense super food on the planet. I am taking it for the nutritional value, but also to alkalize my body. So far I have noticed a slight increase in energy, less back pain, calmness, and better thought pattern. I guess it takes awhile to fully work effectively... I have only taken it for two days. It tastes like you are sucking on a piece of driftwood :(, but if it helps me then I will suffer the taste. A slight increase is… read more

Just wanted to give an update on this since it’s been a few months. I have more energy for sure on it. I also noticed my psoriasis is doing great! My hair is also growing fast, it slowed down a few years ago. I feel like I have less inflammation. Oh and big thing is my gallbladder doesn’t cause pain anymore? I have had gallbladder pain for about 2 years everyday and now is gone! I had sludge so maybe my liver is happier? So this has def improved my fibro symptoms and my skin too boot! 👍😊

Just wanted to update that I slept like a log last night. I generally sleep pretty good with tartcherry juice but this has gotten me to "dead-zombie" sleeping. I usually toss and turn due to RL syndrome, but I did not even move last night that i know of (my blankets were still in-tacked). I will update more in about a month but it was amazing to sleep so hard.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I bought it at The Vitamin shop, but it's also online @ Amazon. It's about 30+ bux, but it has so much nutritional value that I can reduce my other supplements (Fish oil/Evening Primrose/Iodine/Fulvic Acid). I have seen a few posts with people with fibro that have commented on it. I also trust it not toxic because it's made in a lab, so no ocean pollution. Today, I feel better like more energy and relaxed and my psoriasis isn't as itchy. I reduced my coffee intake because I don't need it. Start off only with a few drops. I did got sick when I tried to go for the recommended dosage right off the bat....I dunno. I really think this may help me but it's too early to tell the full benefits for me.The founder of the product suffered from liver disease, heart disease, and high BP. I generally tend to believe anyone who has suffered like us and has came back fighting.

You can buy it here too.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, Thanks, This brand "Oceans Alive" is made in a laboratory in spain and supposedly isn't toxic. I will stay aware for any signs of toxicity for sure.
