I've read stories that it helped greatly to it was immediately removed because of fibro pain increased or nerve pain increased or it gave no help. That it was very painful to have put in. That has me fearful of trying although it's become my last resort. Anyone?
No pot. I don't smoke, and my lungs never fully recovered from the bypass. Tried edibles but no help. More importantly, I'm on post and base everyday. Random testing and I'd be barred. No.
But I'm glad you found an answer for yourself. Thank you
When I'm starting a flare and feel my energy oozing out the bottom of my shoes, I notice I see yellow oblong spots on everything regardless of color. My service pup does look interesting though.
Q: does anyone else have visual weirdness like this and what's with the yellow?
I've tried researching but haven't found anything yet. Not on fibro meds just heart things and it's not them.
Thank you
Does anyone else have intestinal problems? If I eat a solid, in a few minutes when it hit small intestines the pain bends me in half and I race to bathroom. Gastrointestinal Dr said my small intestines are thickening and he doesn't know the reason. I have IBS & spastic colon also. He ppints his finger at fibro saying it has so many far reaching things it messes with. I call it the Pain Amplifier. Now if I could just find the switch, button or knob...better yet cut the wires.
Makes it so hard when invited for supper. Either I have to now out again, or say Be right back, and stay in bathroom 5 mins.
After what you said I would never try it. Can you smoke pot? That helps a lot
Mine would be for L4 down. I've read people were sedated first and another was just given something to keep them loopy during the insertion. Then the one that was put out, when they woke her she couldn't stop screaming because the nerve damage was increased by the electrical pulses. she ended up in hospital for days unable to move. sent home could finally move toes but with great pain. Others its worked great for.
but I'm trying to find fibro people with L4 down nerve pain to see if anyone has anything positive to say. not many.
but I can't take opiods and won't. I was no pain pump because your body gets used to the ned, needs higher dose, eventually you have to stop and detox. I had to do that after bypass surgery. I did it alone and at home. living hell.
I've read the Nervo does not cause fibro flares.
I'm researching all I can, but it's hearing from other fibro people that help me.
at this point I can walk a few yards if I'm lucky but not often. part of me thinks this is my last hope of ever walking my pup again. part is terrified of more pain.
you'd think after getting thru a triple bypass and other surgeries I can endure anything.
I admit though, I am afraid. I just want the pain to stop or at least lessen. I want so much to walk my pup. even if it's slowly.
