When I have that with my asthma, often inflammation and tenderness in sternum. I use heating pad to relieve the inflammation and tightness.

When it comes to your heart there is only one answer. Go to the doctor or the ER right away. You need to find out why you are having these new symptoms as soon as possible . Please don't put it off. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You only got one chance in life and don't play no stupid guessing game. Is it my heart or is Fibro???Well what could it hurt its only your heart, just death right. Not! Without your heart pumping, your dead and its not worth playing a guessing game. Go to your primary care doctor and telling him your concern and symptoms. They usually have EKG machine and put little stickies by your heart and just monitor it and it don't hurt. So be proactive and take of you because you matter. Take it from somebody who saw their own father ignore signs that his heart was in trouble. He could of prevented it but he ignored it.I have seen death so much hope I never see it again. So what I'm saying is every life is precious. So you keep well and take care. A peace of mind means a lot. (((Hugs)))

I would make an appointment with your doctor just to be safe. Thats your heart in that area but go get it ruled out and make appointment as soon as you can. It could also be sternum pain and the muscle around it.I get pain there.God Bless you and Hugs.
