I got on line found one in Warren Michigan I never had to go to their office everything was on the phone , paper work filled out sent it back. Social security from Jackson asked me a short easy questions check came in the mail.. Disability Attorneys of Michigan (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) They don't get any unless u win your case then goverment tells them what protion they can have of it. If u have depression or anxiety due to your diagnosis put that on the list. I wrote to them how everything went with the doctor everything. I got it first time. Good luck !!
