I can relate and do believe that for some people with FM, GI problems are part of the disease. I've been diagnosed with GERD and take one of the strongest meds for that. I have also had lower GI problems but found that most of the meds for that exacerbated my problems rather than make them better, so I went off of them. I take a probiotic and eat a good diet. That works best for that. I sleep with a bed wedge to keep my upper body elevated. Gosh, when I think of it, I've had to do a lot of things to accommodate this crazy disease. I hope you feel better.

Should eat before taking meds. so you don't get the heart burn.

Yes I get GERD & sometimes feel sick as a pig. I feel it's part of fibro but can be caused by medication x

Beware Ibuprofen and such like. I have found that it causes gastric reflux and chose to have the pain rather than an inflamed oesophagus and the problems that come with this.
