Not A Question But A Statement
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have used Brufin which is a prescription dose of Ibuprofen 400 mg. I may return to the use of Ibuprofen.
I stopped using Ibuprofen and started using Tramadol. After an extended period on Tramadol I started having trouble with Virtigo.
I feel ibuprofen is the safest choice.

What are all my choices?

I find the only tabs that help me are panadeine Forte also only on script but according to most Dics they should not work

Tramsdol gave me nasty side effects, after all it is an opoid Naproxen. Another name for Brufen gave me kidney failure. I think the drug companies use us as Guinea pigs for there old drugs instead of looking for something that might help us

I was told by my doctor (and I also found it online after I did research when brufen wasn't working for my pain) ibprofen and brufen don't work for fibro pain as fibro pain isn't from inflammation!

I would google "pain relief" and see what comes up. Often if you take let's say Meloxicam it may be for arthritis but it also is a pain reliever. Often meds do more than one thing.
