My daughter is convinced if i join a gym and get into regular gym routines I will be rid of my fibromyalgia but when I tell her I can't even walk down the hallway some days she just tells me to push through it and get my head screwed on right

The more I walk, the more pain im in, it really makes me so much worse. I do stretches and some exercise bike, but only for a few minutes twice a week as I get a flare up if I do more x

I would tell them to jump in a lake!!! Then just walk away - you do NOT need that in your like. It's hard enough as it is.
