It dosnt make them a better person. Actually you are the better person because you have compassion and understanding. I had a lady tell me that I pulled every one in church down when I looked like I didn't feel good. If I ever go anywhere I usually look tired or in pain and they really don't understand...I don't mean to cause others to feel bad for me, I do the best I can and try to keep a smile on my face, still go to church knowing I may be causing others to wonder about me but if I stayed home whenever I didn't feel very good I's never go....hope this helps, we all get that off and on...just pray for them, they may be in the same situation as you some day.

Yes 2 stone I don't know if it is the meds or the fact I can't do as much activity

Hi, yes I put on weight rapidly, taking Tramadol Gabapentin and amitriptyline, been on many diets not lost an ounce, so came off all the drugs hoping I will lose the weight keeping positive
