Has anyone noticed relief of neurological (burning) pain from cutting out all sugar and carbs besides vegetables??

I have celiac and I honestly have noticed a slight difference with eating less carbs/sugar. I think your body just feels better in general that way because it wasn't meant to process all the garbage we consume these days and all the artificial/GMO products. We only eat organic in our house and it has made a difference in our general well being for sure.

I have noticed a difference since I cut way back on carbs and sugars. I started to feel better. I also lactose intolerant but I was able to cheese in small amounts. My doctor said that I had to cut out all dairy products, that included things like ranch dressing & sour cream. I would find a doctor that can do nutrition testing on you. There are certain foods that make inflammation worse & cause it. I know everyone is different but it has helped me. Good luck.
