Does Anyone Use The Wahl Protocol?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

It's the title of a book by Dr. Wahl who heals autoimmune diseases like MS and FM with diet, supplements, and alternative natural treatments.

I have tried diet, excersize, supplements, drinking more water, etc...
You need to do what is best for your body. Each of us, are different. Fibro or what ever your disability is, acts different on each of us. We may have some of the same symptoms but not all. Do what makes you feel better. This is what I try to do.

Also. They don't know whether or not Fibro is an autoimmune disease. Because they don't know what causes Fibro, or how it works, there's nothing to justify that.
The thing that kills me is that addiction is a "disease" but Fibromyalgia is a syndrome. Because it affects everyone differently, just like addiction, many docs still believe most of it is in our heads.
Until there is a definitive cause for Fibro, they won't find a definitive cure

After all these years, I've found that anyone who says they can CURE FMS is so full of shit their eyes are brown!! If there were a cure, pharmaceutical companies would kill anyone involved in proving it.
At first it was diet. Then it was the chiropractor that could "cure" Fibro.
Eating healthy does help, of course!! But it doesn't cure anything. A chiropractor can crack your neck, but he can't crack the cure for Fibro.
They say they've found the problem to be in blood vessels. That's a line of shit too.
I'm sorry. I try to be positive and optimistic, but it really chaps my ass when they say they've "found the cure."

Yes that is correct with the answer about fibro not being a autoimmone disorder. Of course diet that discards bad bacteria and flushes out impurities in ones body Will Help any disorder or diseases. Blood flows wll be better, builds strength in bones and muscles. Clearly one can feel the difference thru out the body. Heals us from fibromyalgia is the Wrong word to use in his statement. Does the correct diet AID us every day to a better journey with fibro as does getting a healthier mental outlook on life, yes. So my dear, each of us must travel on this horrible pain disorder journey any way that is best for us.
I give you strength and love to help you help yourself thru it everyday.

They can't even prove a cause ..how can they prove a cure ...i haven't found anything in diet or anything that makes it any easier n believe me I've tried ..but ..good luck to anyone that can find something that can help them ..jusr cos I haven't found anything doesn't mean that none of us can ..We're all different... I have a b12 injection that's for pernicious anaemia n is supposed to help my immune system ..doesmt help my fibro or other conditions in the least ...keep trying tho cos one day something has to be proved ..we have all these scientists doing incredible things n yet nothing can be proved or found for fibro ....i just don't get that at all !! Xx
