I have 3 teenagers at home and I need their help. I find myself doing more around the house than I should. They say they understand what I'm going thru but I find myself doing chores they should be doing. How do I get them to understand that I need Help? And to complicate things more, I have a knee injury and am using a cane ,so my mobility is compromised. Thoughts, ideas, advice welcomed.

All of my children are grown and gone now but when they were teenagers I was going through something similar to what you are going through right now with your kids. The only difference was I didn't have fibro then. But they were being very messy, not helping out, etc.
One day I announced to all that I was officially on strike! I did absolutely did nothing for them for an entire two weeks. I didn't pick up one thing, I didn't do one piece of laundry, I did not drive them anywhere, and I only cooked for one person, me! Hey, it worked! They realized just exactly how much I did for them and became more grateful and did more to contribute to our home without arguing.
I totally agree with @A MyFibroTeam Member . I would not pay for cell phones, internet, or any of the extras in your home. If they want to use the phone, get an old rotary phone and teach them how to use that! Lol! All of those extras are a privilege not a right. I have a huge pet peeve about rude and entitled kids. I don't know what I would do if I had to raise kids in this day and age.
I hope you can resolve this and get some help soon. I'm sure you are a great mom and your kids love you very much! But, time to go on strike !Lol!

STOP doing anything for them beyond their neccesities, do you pay for cell phones, internet, cable tv, buy expensive clothes, etc you get the drift. I would stop it all, if they can't handle helping their mom who does good things for them, then maybe they will get it if you stop it all. I wish you well my friend. Dealing with teens is no walk in the park. Gentle hugs π€ God bless ππ»ππ
My son has always understood that I had a debilitating disorder and I had to have some help if I was going to work full-time and then some. Fortunately I was able to afford a cleaning lady but she didn't buy groceries, cook or do laundry all of which he asked me to teach him to do. I had a total hip replacement surgery in March he is now 35 years old and he has been great I am my mom's caretaker when I had surgery and was in rehab he moved in with my mom even though he works 40+ hours a week bought groceries, cooked, called me everyday to see how I was and if I needed or wanted anything. I have not done his laundry since he was 12, he still has been taking me to the grocery store, he is a wonderful cook and he will come cook for mom and I several times a month. My best advice is they are teens they are capable of doing anything a young person can . Talk to them be honest tell them you need help and they can either volunteer to help you with the chores or you will assign them chores that it's their choice.
I was in the same boat. My boys were 23 and 18. Pain or no pain I was doing it all. They said they understood my pain but didn't care. Then I stopped and they learned real quick. I stopped over doing things and did only what I could
