Shopping App Good For Other Uses.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have a shopping list app on my phone I use to remind me what I need to pick up from the store. I have a terrible memory and it comes in handy when at drug store and I need to pick up a list of vitamins and suppliments.

It also works well as a "to do list." I can check off things off my list and it keeps me organized and on track.

I use to keep a list of meds in my wallet but it would get torn. I do keep my husband's business card in my wallet with his cell number and in bold letters EMERGENCY CONTACT. Its the first thing you see when you open my wallet.

Great idea, @A MyFibroTeam Member. Another useful feature on a phone, tablet, or computer is a calendar with alarms. This is useful for meds, but also for many other tasks. I even set alarms to remind myself when it is time to leave for work(!)

The one I use is simply called Shopping List and is a free android app on Goole apps. If you go online and search shopping list apps and type of phone you have you will see many to chose from.

This is a great idea. I started using my phone for grocery shopping and stopped, guess it seemed too difficult. I carrry a piece of paper that lists my surgeries, my medications, and my diagnosis. I keep it in my purse in an envelope that says medical info with a Red Cross on it. So now I need to work on my cell to also carry my info.
