Sounds like you have lipomas. They are fatty tumors located under the skin. They normally are not painful but as they grow they can push on your nerves and muscles and can become really painful.
Lipomas also run in families. My mom had them really bad and so does her sister. My sister has over 100 and they are just growing everywhere. My younger sister had some but I don't have any. I have two daughters that have them.
They can be surgically removed if they become really painful but the bad news is that they usually grow back.

Yes I have little ones & sometimes it's huge knots Thank goodness my husband detects them he tries to rub them out but it hurts & after their touched they become inflamed. Many have told me they survive with massage therapy. Their normally located everywhere! But arms upper thighs a lot through lower arms under breasts and sometimes my ribs actually feel like their cracked.

You know I have those lumps too! I was told it was nothing, like fat cells. ..... but I was just reading about these small lumps under the skin and fibro. You can read it in my Pinterest called fibro-F-ing-myalgia.

I have those lumps I barely touch my skin and can feel them. Ive been told inflammation to but dont really know. Did you get any more answers?

My rash looks more like ringworm read tiny dots connected up and down inside of my arms and my stomach area doctor says it's maybe a type of shingle or stress gave me a antiboitic creamed. Doesnt affect it at all😞
