Does anyone have difficulty going up and down stairs from not just pain but unsteadiness?

Yes, going down stairs is hard to me; feel unsteady, trip easily.

God, yes. I feel like an old lady. I kinda am, I'm 62 - but my dad is 94 and he's walking and riding his bike all over town!
Not just stairs, either. Getting up and down the curb or small steps, even just walking flat sometimes. I get a little lopsided or something, and have to grab out for something to steady me.I almost always hold on to any railings or someone walking with me, even in my own house I'm putting my hand on the wall to keep steady.
