How do you determine fibro system's from being out of shape no stamina

That always seems to be the case, is it something else or is it fibro. I don't know how often you see your doctor but I would write down a list of pains and talk to him/her on your next visit. I usually go with: if it is a sudden, severe pain and doesn't go away after a couple of days, then it could be something else. If it continues on for a long time then I would assume it is fibro. Maybe you doctor can give you some guidance on this matter.

I'd say probably the tender points , the fibrofog and the weird pain sensations you have with fibromyalgia.
