try trazadone. of course I have to add melatonin and unisom to it. without the mix, I don't sleep at all

I took Ambien for years and the side effects are not worth it. Trust me on that. Back in January this year I decided to quit cold turkey. Happily NO nasty withdrawal symptoms. I am now taking a natural supplement called Melatonin and I LOVE it! I also take Trazodone 100mg which is a lot milder than ambien and not addicting. Talk to your doctor.👍🌹

I am one of those people taking ambien and cooking and cleaning with NO recollection until I wake up the next day and you have to taper off from it as your body becomes addicted to it..I then tried Belsomara and I was having nightmares waking up covered in sweat and sometimes crying so I stopped that trust me I have tried every drug and even trazadone fine if you want to be a walking zombie everyone is effected diffently by drugs especially with fibromyalgia but they might work for you trial and error it's seems with me I am done with all the drugs and dry try this or let's try this and I am done

When I did go . Had a lot of things going on . Pink eye. Real bad burning down there and real bad irritable bladder .also some spotting I'm 65 yrs old so that was a concern.. Did mention I had bad fibro but too much discussing on what my issues were that day. Do have an apt. To see her Friday . Will discuss all my issues with fibro.

Melatonon is good and Valerian Root as well, My teenage daughters doctor put her on Melatonin. It worked wonders. I take if from time to time. The only issue with the Valerian Root is that it may give you that "hangover" feeling in the morning.
