I've had the usual terrible vision some days that I chalk up to fibro with my astigmatism. Lately however my left eye goes foggy and I can barely see. Just had eye appt and everything physically is fine. I'm thinking it must be neurological. Does anyone else experience this?
i had what i thought was going to be a rotean check up at the optishions but it wasnt i was asked if anyone had mentioned to me about my eyes which i told her no then she asked do i get foggy vision i said yes as well as dizzy spells flashing lights at times so i asked her y and she said i need to get u an urgant appontment with the eye specialist at lincon hospital i will try get u it for today[ day had appontment at optishins] so i asked her y with that she replaied the nerve or the muscle behind yr right eye is damaged its not moving like yr left one [ it felt like someone had just hit me with a sledgehammer with these words she said] she then said if its the nerves they can sort it out but if its the mucles then i dont know what they will do. the thing is she couldent get me an urgent appontment [ this was around the end april to the begin of may tthe lady told me she was going to mark it as inportant need seeing asap well i finally got a letter through to go to kinclon hospital on 12th june at 9am its a good job that my partner has a car but we r going to have to be up around 5is thatmorning to get from gainsbrough to lincon hospital so we have plenty of time to find out wear i need to be so i would recomend going bk or getting a diffrent optishins im with specsavers hope this is of help to u as u can not be to careful with yr eyes we dont want u going blind or anything which is possible with this flaming fibro
Brenda is right. Many of our meds warn us against blurry vision.
I'm always having eye problems. I have astigmatism as well. I had Lasix surgery years ago and I've been paying for it ever since. I find that some medication affects my eyes more than others. 🍫❤️B
When I get really tired my right eye gets dry and blurry. I feel like it sags. But I also had shingles on that optical nerve, so that could be part of it.
Prayers and hugs.
Happy Thoughts!
