Members shared a wide range of personal tips for managing nausea, with ginger-based remedies being the most popular, including ginger tea, hot water with fresh ginger, and gingerbread. Several members also found relief through salty snacks like crackers and crisps, sweet foods like honey on toast or fruit, and cold compresses in a dark room. A recurring theme was finding what works best for your own body, with one member even sharing a helpful personal routine of fasting followed by gradual reintroduction of food.
