Has anyone had chronic pelvic pain as a symptom with their Fibro? This pain feels worse than anything I've had before. I guess the best description would be a feeling like ur insides will fall out when u move with the worse menstrual cramps you've ever had. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

Members validated the overwhelming pelvic pain described in the post, with many sharing similar experiences of feeling like their insides were being pulled out, experiencing sharp stabbing sensations, and dealing with pain so severe it brought them to tears. Several members offered practical guidance, including seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist, trying daily yoga, using ice packs or heating pads on the lower back, and exploring medications like gabapentin for nerve pain, while others shared that their pelvic pain was linked to hip problems, sciatic nerve issues, endometriosis, or irritable bladder rather than gynecological causes alone. A recurring theme was the frustration of doctors dismissing new symptoms or attributing everything to fibromyalgia, balanced by the comfort of knowing they were not alone in experiencing these complex and often interconnected pains.

about two years ago I started getting irritable bladder. About a month ago I had that plus really bad vaginal burning. Went to dr had all these test done. All the test came back normal...just too many things, it's almost unbelievable all these weird things we can experience with fibro

I've had very bad pain in my pelvic and really bad period just had a 3 injections once a month to hopefully help and it has, which means in July I could be diagnosed with endometriosis. x

Yes. I've had a hysterectomy & experience pelvic & vaginal pain unlike no other. Fibro is a witch!!!! Sorry you're experiencing that; if it's any consolation, you're not alone. Take care & feel better.

I get what I called 'V pain', I went to my OB/GYN & she said It had nothing to do with her field. That it was related to my low back pain. Back pain is THE most common site of pain for Fibro pts. This just added to it. Put one of those blue gel ice packs on your back. You can alternate it with a heating pad.
Have you had it checked out yet?

BEST OF LUCK. πŸ•ŠπŸ’œπŸ•Š Linda
