I was wondering what others have done to deal with the severe fatigue. I've talked to my doctor and he told me there was nothing I could do, but I refuse to think I have to go through life feeling like a zombie.
I suffer from severe fatigue too. I'm 65 and for last few months haven't even done my stationary bike because of it. I still will do my housework and sometimes that's all I can do. I try to go to at least one store and walk around and do some shopping . Don't just sit or lay down all day, get out if you can. There are some days that I just want to lay down. Rest and don't feel guilty about it. Rest when you have to.
My doctor suggested D-ribose and said I would probably need double the recommended dose. I'm waiting for it to come in the mail.
I have been told that the fatigue is caused by the autonomic nervous system not working, that the parasympathetic system is stuck in the relax. I have been helped by meditation, something I didn't think I could or would do. If I am having a bad day, I will probably meditate a couple of times. Hope this helps.

Severe fatigue is something I have been struggling with too. What has given me some relief is a good Vitamin B supplement. I hope this will help you too.
