I started Cymbalta a year ago. I take it at night before bed because it can make you tired. You adjust eventually. I'm taking 60 mg also, but feel like it's not helping anymore. :(

I began taking it at night before bed, the morning grogginess went away after a week or so. I now am on 90mg due to the fact nothing has helped my fibro thus far. But I will say I think the cymbalta keeps me sane.

I went off of it due to wanting to sleep all the time, my doctor said it would get better but after 5 weeks I said no more.

I take 20 mgs a day I was on 60 to much for me to many side effects. However it works.

I also take Cymbalta. 120 mg a day. I take 60 mg in the morning and 60 mg late afternoon. I feel the tiredness is a trade-off for not gaining weight and few side effects.
Not saying it's totally the Cymbalta but I've been 10 days pain free. I'm having break throughs but not bad so far.
