Yes I certainly do.stress even triggers my pain so try to exercise as much as possible it reduces my sress

I know with me personally when I get stressed out it causes my blood pressure to either go up or go down causing blurry vision. Not sure if this is helpful or not. Hugs (gentle) everyone!

Yes! I noticed when I have a flare up or a bad night's rest it is all bad all day.
