I've had chronic migraines for over 20 years, and have only recently been diagnosed with fibro.
For the past couple of months though, my migraines have been much worse, and don't always respond to treatment.

Yes the muscles in your back of your neck construct which causes tension headaches that lead to migraines I've had migraines all my life too but since I got fibromyalgia I'm still on the same medication I take Fioricet only as needed but yes ,contributed to fibromyalgia
I take topiamate but it doesn't work like it should and I'm on maximum dose of it plus I have triptans to take. And been on other Meds which have just caused other problems and not helped the migraine at all
Yes, it is amazing how different med's interact with ones that work. Something worth looking into also..
Don't know about migraines been different as I never suffered with them before but I've has this one since September 2015 tried loads of different medications and nothing works I thought this one was the one when in February I had 8 odd days without a migraine but nope it's back now everyday again and getting worse again, back to see the neurologist on Saturday thankfully x
