I use a selection of alternative medicine which include Vit D3, vit B12 and vit K. I am pain free, except when I sit for too long then my back stiffens.
I take Vit K and find it helps.
Just recently started with K vit after reading a article on B12. I have 3 monthly injections but after 6 weeks it feels like someone has taken my batteries out. It seems that k vit aids absorption of supplements. Let you know in a few more weeks x
I use Gabapentin I am high dose 600 x 3times a day--also 225 effector (not sure of the spelling) this helps some but if I am in a fog and miss a dose the pain hits me like a train and I'm down for a day or two. I am trying to find something natural haven't found it yet but sure hope I do. I don't like putting all these drugs in my system. Take care I am not as bad as a lot of people that have Fibromyalgia. Soft hugs
I take Gabapentin but don't get much relief from it. I get more pain relief from my pain meds: 15 Mg of Morphine ER 2/day, 10 Mg Flexeril 2/day, and 7.5 Hydrocodone 4/ day.
For depression and anxiety : 10 Mg Lexapro 1/day and 0.5 Mg xanax 2/ day.
