@A MyFibroTeam Member Hello Jessica, This is my response to your question re: joint pain or muscle pain?
My previous GP used to ask me whether my pain was in my joints or in my muscles. Response - I used to explain when my pain is in my my muscles, it makes my joints hurt and when my pain was in my muscles, it makes my joints hurt. .
My first diagnosis was Fibro and later determined that it was RA. Fifteen years later, I was again feeling this strange all over pain again and that is when my Fibro was confirmed...
With Fibro I believe that you can feel both, based on what activities you have been able to do and sometimes even the weather can give any of us mixed signals.
Stay Positive and strong Jessica, Sending you Warm, Gentle Hugs.........LeslieGene xx.. .
Hello All, I do believe that we are all in the same boat. Muscle Pain makes the Joints ache and Joint Pain makes the Muscles ache from Head to Toe. :-) Yoga and meditation, music or reading, games will all keep the mind busy and that helps lessens the pain. Hugs xx
