@A MyFibroTeam Member I must say that I would have never thought about a coffee enema!! I love my coffee in the morning and it usually helps with the issues! I have IBS and I have had weight loss surgery. I do go from one extreme to the other and it is a daily struggle.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Thank you so much for your research! I have IBS but very seldom do I have a UTI. My doctor implanted the Medtronic Inter Stim Icon for my bladder. I'm not going to say it works perfectly but if the right person sets it for you it is a great help. It also allows me to go up or down with the settings if I feel that it is not working properly. It is implanted under the skin and it is not considered surgery although it is done in a room at the hospital. Something to think about. Hugs

I've just been reading that Epsom salt baths can help constipation, which for me is a side effect of my meds and also the cause of my bowel and bladder problems.(maybe not all down to fibro) Epsom salts can also be used in very small quantities, internally with great care, ie dissolved in a glass of water and drunk. I am going to try the baths for a month to see if I get relief from constipation, tummy gas, and leakage. Sorry, I couldn't think of any other descriptions!
I have now been prescribed incontinence pads, which as I am on PIP benefit in the UK I will not have to pay for. They weren't offered to me so I asked!
I wish you all a good day,
Love and hugs to all fibro warriors 🌸
