I have been working since February, before them I hadn't worked in half a year due to pain in my back. This job had me starting at 11 to 5. Easy hours somewhat easy job. But I'd still come home needing to lie down from exhaustion or pain. Now I just got promoted yesterday and the hours are from 8:30 to 6 and honestly idk how I'm going to do it. I'm worried I won't be able to function properly and concentrate I'll be so fatigued. What have yall been given for this? Thank you for your time

If pain increases while you work I recommend a tens unit while you are working that you can turn on when you need it.I bought a small unit the size of an mp 3 player for work Less pain=less fog for me..most of the time. I had workplace accomodations that allowed for breaks as needed and that helped also..taking a few minutes to relax every 2 hours or so helped me keep going. Accomodations can be as simple as talking to your employer and asking (per ADA) I have heard of adderal being prescribed, but never needed it so far
