Susan I think healthy eating, plenty of water a good sleeping routine, well that's a joke most of us can't even get to sleep or wake up at ridulous hours uhh.. Poor @A MyFibroTeam Member came on line at 3.00am for a while it was only 9.30pm over my way, at least there is always someone to talk to at any crazy hour, now I'm rambling.
I find B12 or a good B Complex helps with energy levels. I have more energy when I cut out sugar and caffeine from my diet. Huh that' no fun then... 😯😉😐😕😄
I laso find herbal teas, ginger and lemon, spearment and chamomile help me feel better.
Have you tried Milk Thistle is a fantastic herb, especially for us women.

Besides my Centrum Silver 50+ I take 10,000 units of B12 (dissolvable), Dopa Mucana (from Puritans Pride),
Tumeric 800mg, Cod Liver Oil, plus my prescribed levothyroxine and Prozac. I also supplement with a homeopathic Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia dissolvable tab from Hylands. I think the combination of all of those helps since if I run out of one of my supplements and don't refill it for a couple of weeks I notice a big increase of fatigue. I have both fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I get much more stressed from the chronic fatigue. I take oxycodone for break through pain. Magnesium at night helps me to rest better. Over the years I have tried almost anything and everything there is.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I just binged on a tirimasu, it felt good. We need some comfort.
Milk thistle is a herb made from of course the Milk Thistle plant. I buy it from my chemist as a tablet. The brand is Thompsons Milk Thistle. It has amazing effects in boosting your immune system, and heaps of other benefits also. I have taken it for about 15 years with no ill effects from it. 🌱🌱🌱

I have spent years fine tuning the supplements I take. Through research and trail and error. We are usually delinquent in several vitamins and enzymes. I believe that it is only because of these additional vitamins, that I have any fight left. They are as follows: Cinnamon, cayenne, green tea, magnesium,omega-3, B-12 ,multivitamin for an older person due to fact that we are delinquent in what they are, prebiotic and CLA. I know it seems like a lot but I am proactive about myself. I am ,after all,the master of it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I do try to eat decent most of the time, and I am always drinking water, sometimes with lemon.
I take Centrum Vitamins for women, and I had tried the B-complex many times in the past, but didn't notice a change. I do like herbal tea sometimes, I have chamomile & one for joint health that has a spearmint flavor. I still have sugar, but try not to have very much, and caffiene is my helper & my love, so I just cannot give up my only vice, Lol... 😉😊 I haven't tried the milk thistle, is that in a tea? Thanks for your suggestions. Hugs! 😙 Susan
